What is difference between otrs helpdesk and otrs ITSM?
What things should we consider before choosing?

ITSM is a add on module family and provides:

- Criticality and Impact on Tickets
- a CMDB
- Change Managemet Module
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
