I have several tickets states that I've created from the State Management. And altough they are valid, I keep seeing the default tycket states on new ticket phone, note, etc.
How do I change wich tickets states (values) are displayed?
For example, I created the new state:
- Waiting for response
I need it to be displayed on the "Next Ticket State: " dropdown menu on notes, and new phone ticket.

Forget it... it was a permisions problem within the server. Stupid reason hehehe.
