We have configured OTRS to send an automatic notification (reply) when a new ticket has been created.
The notification is sent to the costumer that have sent the mail to OTRS.
Often, the email customer has sent to To:OTRS and in CC: to other costumer. is there a possibility to send the automatic notification also to the CC address?
