Hello,
I'm facing a problem with some agents that have "move to" rights, but they are not able to move any ticket without being ticket owner.
First I'm explaining our company situation, in order for you to understand it better.
We open a lot of tickets to our subcontractor companies. When they solve the problem, they add a note to the ticket and set the Fault Resolve Time. After that, the respective teams in our company check if the problem is really solved and then close the ticket. It is more like confirmation then ticket closure, but since OTRS hasn't any Confirm feature by default, we're using Close .
Now we want to give to subcontractor's agents, rights to move tickets between their teams, but "move to" doesn't appear unless they are ticket owner. Our subcontractor agents have RO, Move to, Note and Owner rights. When they became ticket owner, they also see ticket Close there.
We don't want them to see Close, and to be able to close tickets. Do you have any suggestion how can we solve this problem?
