export tickets from Customer.pl module

Greetings!

our previous helpdesk software had an option for customer to export tickets to excel (csv) and so they could further analyze them. So customers are used to this ...
Is it possible to somehow enable this option in OTRS?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I found output to CSV, thank you.

BUT: this export only extracts data about tickets, not the content of ticket itself. Is there a way to setup OTRS to also export the conversation of each ticket?

you can print (export to PDF) Tickets in the customer interface
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

yes, such kind of export would be good enough (print ticket to pdf to get a searchable file), if customer could print several or all tickets at once from customer interface. Is that also somehow possible?
