We have been using our current IT/Sales service management system (RT/Request Tracker) since 2003. Due to the limitations of the system, we need to replace it with one that will handle our current business needs. We have simply outgrown RT and it is not fulfilling our requirements.
One of the ticket replacement systems we are looking into is OTRS. One of the requirements of a new system is to provide use of the system to other departments such as Sales and HR.
I would like to speak to someone out there who is using OTRS in a production environment. Please respond if you willing to speak with me to answer a few questions and share your experience with OTRS.
