OTRS::ITSM 3.0.5 “FreeText” fields don’t show up

Like I already mentioned in the title, we have the problem that the free text fields don’t really work.

It basically says where to change what so that the field shows up.
First off, to test if its working, I went into “Sysconfig” – “Ticket” in „Core::TicketFreeText“ and typed in „TicketFreeKey1“ and „TicketFreeText1“ what I want to have in there.
After that, I went into „Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewFreeText“ – “Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketFreeText###TicketFreeText“ and typed in Key1(the field mentioned above has the same number) the 1 to activate the field. Like it’s written in the instruction, the “FreeText” field should show up on the right side bar in the ticket, but it doesn’t. What did I do wrong / what did I forget?
