I'm new here and need your help..
I've created a new process in the 'Process Management' with many flows and it's working fine.
I have a question.. How can I give permissions/configure this process to the 'Customer Interface'?
OR
How can I give permissions to users from ldap to access this menu option in the 'Agent Interface'?

Hi,
once, a customer is on a process ticket, and your activicty dialog is configured as A/C then customer will see it.

I dont have the users on the database table, they will came from the ldap by login. I need to use the process ticket (process management) with the 'customer user' from ldap. Is it possible?
I changed the Activity Dialog to A/C but it still with no access by the customer interface.
