Hello, OTRS colleagues-
I have an odd issue happening in my statistics, I am trying to figure out the time in takes for any action to the end customer within a ticket, it seems that the FirstResponse field would tell me this. I ran a report of all closed ticket and some values for the FirstResponse time is correct as I compare it to the events in a ticket. BUT for some, the date time in the FirstResponse field is 3 days before the Created date. When I compare it to the ticket itself, it does not match up at all. Has anyone seen this, what may be the issue? Thanks in advance for your help.

Do you see any other way around this? I just need the correct FirstResponse time. I would take the difference between FirstResponse and Created date to find out the actual time it took. Thanks.

I found the problem, turns out that the tickets that have the FirstResponse field earlier than the Create date were merged tickets. So I basically excluded those from my reports.
