Hello there,
I want to prepare a machine with best configuration so that the latest version of otrs can work smoothly and may not slow later. Generally we lodge around 1500 -2000 complaints in a day therefore the CRM server works slow for some activity. So please suggest the best machine Server configuration to set up a newly otrs package.
Your suggestion/comments will be appreciated.

This is dev, not system requirements.
I think you should get an 8 core XEON with 32GB RAM and 14TB of space.
That may not be fast enough. (There's a bit of sarcasm herein.)
If you have 1500-2000 "complaints"/tickets per day, you probably have a budget to handle this and might seek professional assistance to size according to needs. Consider OTRS like a souped up email server with a database backend. If your CRM is slow, do better than that.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
