Hi,
The word agent in the OTRS is not good for a matured support team. Agent sounds like a sales agent. Is it possible to change the word "Agent" to "support user" or so?
Any help is welcome.

Yes. Use the Custom translation option.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
