I am using CMDB, and I register muy software with licenses and expire dates,
Do you know if exist any Add-on to receive email alerts when this software is near to expire?

add a ticket in a queue Warranty with the expiration date as a reminder.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Is the way (workaround) I had thinked but I hope there was other way with pluggin or something like that.
