Hello I am testing customer.pl.
I have only enabled subject and attachment. I created a customer and linked to groups.
When customer clicks on submit, nothing happens and comes back to same page.
I enabled logs but nothing coming there also.
Before some 15 days back it was working fine. i had not made changes. How to track and resolve the error?

Ok I had not enabled default queue.But now I set CustomerTicketMessage###Queue.
I have different queue for different customers. And I want that customer when creates a ticket should go to that queue only. And the queue should not be visible at customer.pl
I had enabled CustomerGroupSupport, But still when customer creates a ticket it goes to Default Queue only.
How can I set, when customer creates a ticket, it will go in the queue, which he is access to that group and the default queue which he selects in preference or while customer creation we select ??

Thats not possible without development.
If you use customer group support (a setting which is only recommended in very special scenarios) the customer will only see the queues where he has rw permissions in the screen but still needs to choose.
I also strongly recommend not to use customer related queues!
