Migrate RT to OTRS 3.2.7

Hello Folks!

I still have not had lucky trying to migrate from RT to OTRS. Is there anybody who has done it before and could share experiences?

I found this article: http://joefeinstein.blogspot.com.br/200 ... -into.html - but could not follow it as the versions are outdated.
Any help is highly appreciated,
