Anyone was able to install OTRS 3.2 on Godaddy ... can't seem to have root access to even unpack the files
want to install it on a subdomain off my mainhosting site ... I'll be the only one and maybe eventually an admin using it. I know its overkill but since I already know the application why not use it ;o)

there is no support for shared hosting without root access.
It *might* be possible to put the apache config in a .htaccess file but can't verify.
