How Assign Value (Text) to Body/Field FCKEditor

How can I Assign a Value (Text) to the Body/Field of FCKEditor in the screen where customers open new tickets?

I would like to open a New Ticket and have a value passed onto the field where I describe the problem.

I am trying to use the function opener. but I do not have the correct values.

Can you provide me some guidance on this issue? Thanks a lot.
