Dear All,
I am trying to generate a report, where I can find total tickets/per queue tickets by agents/owners.
But in report creation, unable to find details of owner/agent selection.
Is this possible?
I can see in search menu- but problem is I can not call search menu from scripts. Or is this possible ?

you have to enable per agent statistics in SysConfig... there's information somewhere in the forum about it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
