Hi,

For some reason my agents appear to intermittently lose the ability to see any tickets in Queue View. I thought this was due to the ticket being locked but have added 'lock' to the Core::Ticket::ViewableLocks SysConfig section which from what I read in another post should show tickets regardless of this state but even the owner of the ticket still doesn't see the ticket when locked in Queue View.

All agents have full permissions of the group which is assigned to the queue and all queues are highlighted within preferences yet doesn't always show.

I've restarted the OTRS services which appears to have helped a little but still feel a little un-convinced about this at the moment

Am I missing something?

see also otrs system logs. check if tables are bad.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for your reply. I'll have to wait for this to happen again before I can report back on anything useful in the logs.
