OTRS 3.0.9 to new server

Hello,

We have OTRS 3.0.9 on a Win2k8 (non-R2) server that has some issues and we'd like to migrate the data to a new server.

I've downloaded the 3.0.9 windows installer for the new server, have not installed yet.

I'd like to know, if possible. What files I need to copy from the old server to the new server. I'm hoping that this can be just a simple matter of just copying files over.
