I started to use OTRS today, following a tutorials, I finished the instalation of this.
I already used the OTRS, but never configured before and I need a help.
1 - My acces is suport.mycompanysite.com.br/otrs/index.pl, but I wanna make it suporte.mycompanysite.com.br, how can I make this redirection?
2 - Incomming tickets not refreshing automatically... I have to do it manually in POP configuration. How can I make it automatically? How can I change this "refresh rate" value? (When I open a ticket by email)

1.) You need redirect for your webserver.
