Strange value in Time Units Field

Hi,


in February, we set up OTRS and during this months it works great; but now we found a relevant problem.
In the mandatory field "Time Units", sometimes we found a random value not requested.


For example,

a. I create a ticket x by mail;
b. I fill relevant fields;
c. I set the value "2" in Time Units field;
d. Submit.

Then, I click on the x ticket and... I found the value "31" in Time Units field!?
I mentioned "31" because it is one of the most frequent numbers found analyzing reports.


Any suggestions?
