Cannot create email ticket

Hello community,
I just installed a new OTRS system but I cannot create email ticket now(phone ticket is fine), the error details are following:
Oops! An Error occurred.
Error Message: Impossible to send message to: "Nicole Zhao" <nicole-ichallenge@hotmail.com> .

Whenever am trying to create the new email ticket its giving the below error can any one please help me to resolve the issue...

ask your mail admin for setting up your mailserver in a way, that you are allowed to send mails via this server
