Attachments uploaded in Changes saved
Where are attachments uploaded in Changes and WorkOrders saved? In the database? Could not find them after a search on the server.
OTRS 3.1.7 on Linux RedHat with MySQL database connected to an Active Directory for Agents and Customers.
