Dynamic fields conditon set how to

I'm new to otrs . I have doubt is there any possibility to set
condition in between two Dropdown Field

For example Dropdown Field : 1 = Product , 2 = model

Product = honda

model = cbr 150 , unicorn , shine

Product = hero honda

Model = splendor plus , passion plus , hunk

Normally it will display all the models . But i want to set conditions

If you select product = honda it must display only honda model . Not All

We are using otrs 3.2.8

this is not possible without buying a support contract from xxx and then you can get the corresponding feature addon module from xxx

...or you may use KIX4OTRS (which is available for free) and comes with a configuration option for depending dynamic fields, which does exaclty what you requested. You could even add a third or a fourth (and so on) depending level. Keep in mind, that KIX4OTRS comes with more modifications than the one you requested.
