Hi,
My OTRS DASHBOARD will not automatically refresh at all. I have to keep refreshing the page manually.
By the way, I read the INSTALL text and README and followed carefully.
Will this auto refresh be permission related to cron jobs or what?

auto refresh would likely be a meta tag refresh that your browser would see an expiration and send a refresh to do.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Before though, it would automatically reload with the newly fetched mail tickets, but now it will not do that.
Is there a step that I should take to resolve this?

I went through everything in the logs carefully and took a few days to read and did not find anything.
After some length of trial and error I finally found that I forgot to enable the 2 minute Overview Refresh in Agent(s) settings. After this got enabled it sure enough worked again.
