Change and Workorder Dynamic Fields?

Hi guys,
Could you please let me know if we have the option to add dynamic fields to the Changes and Work Orders?
I know you can customize the fields in tickets, does this apply to changes and work orders?
So far only freetext fields in both modules however they are only drop down boxes and looks like to lose support in the upcoming releases.
Any ideas?
