Hi OTRS,
I need to know the usage of the impact field within the two screens of OTRS, customer and the agent.
In the agent screen I have an impact field with the values populated from impact/criticality matrix columns.
Is there a possibility to present this impact field in the customer screen?
There is a dynamic field defined in the customer screen (TicketFreeText14) but this does not take into account the Criticality/Impact/Priority matrix.
Can you help me understanding the usage a bit please?
