Make survey module read only access
Hello, I've setup the roles and groups for the Survey module the same as I've done with CMBD and FAQ. However, it seems to ignore all the settings. Basically whoever that has an account into OTRS can view and edit the surveys. I need to limit it to read only or no view at all to certain roles. Does anyone else have this problem and what is your fix or workaround? Thanks.
