Creating users with services

Hello,

I want to create users where by default all of them will have access to all services.
I know that after adding user i can add services to him in users<->service panel but it is anoying while there will ba a lot of new users.

Any idea how to do this "automaticaly" ? It can be a "check box" on new user creation panel with insert to database. But it need to be done automaticaly just after user creation. Doesnt matter how

I want to use default services but while im adding new users he cant use services until ill not change it on user<->service panel.
there is any option to set that all services are available to all users ?

yes, on the left side where you can assingn services to users

Thats why my admin shouldnt change default language from english to local.
