No FormatTimeString

Hello,

I have a problem.
When I use the "Reply All" in "AgentTicketZoom" --> [Tue Jul 30 16:01:29 2013][Notice][Kernel::Language::FormatTimeString] No FormatTimeString() translation found for 'PR' string!
Where 'PR' is "Type" of the ticket.
