End goal: Customers to be able to create/edit FAQ articles pending approval.
As of now, in order to create/edit an article you must be signed into an Agent account that has faq permissions, Customer accounts can only view them. I want my customers seperate from my agents, but I would like for users to be able to create the article from www.domain.com/otrs/customer.pl. The thing with a FAQ is that if it isn't simple, my users won't utilize it, and my users won't enjoy logging into another account to create articles. I am not concerned of the "risks" this will bring to the FAQ or OTRS for each department within our company will be held responsible of their own FAQ.
I have fallen short handed in my research of this topic... Is their documentation on this process that I could not find? If so, do share.
Ideas, advice, and knowledge on the matter is much appreciated.
