OTRS require us to relog-in even if LDAP has already authenticated our login
when opening/viewing a ticket. This only happens when a we freshly open
Internet Explorer and go to the OTRS agent page. Anyone experiencing the same? I am on Windows ver 3.2.9.
Is there a sysconfig setting to tweak? Or is this a feature of IIS as we are
using Windows installer already.
Thanks in advance!

Hi crythias,
Is it the one in the Config.pm file? I used he code I made from the other versions (it worked without problems for the older versions). Thanks for you reply!
