Hello guys,
I have the process ticket and would like to know how can I at some stages of the process assign the ticket dynamically to the ticket creator (agent). Up to now I cant figure it out and what I'm doing is to insert an owner field in the AD of the preceding Activity so current responsible can choose instead the next ticket owner from the drop-down list.
