Hybrid authentication ldap and mysql

Hello
Does it possible to turn on hybrid authentication with use ldap and MySQL DB. Actually I have 2 organization unit from my company with AD DS but for 4 other I will deploy next year. All users [customers] are using DB authentication now.
I've thought about solution with 2 servers OTRS connected to one database but I think it won't be good idea.
