AJAX communication problem

Hello,

we have migrated to 3.2.10 and most users now experience an AJAX communication error when dropdown lists have to be populated.

They get "AJAX communication error", and sometimes "Invalid JSON from /otrs/index.pl?"

We are running on a Debian Linux installation.

Has anybody successfully solved this issue?

latest Perl Packages? What sais otrs.CheckModules.pl ? What sais support module?

forgot a otrs.RebuildConfig.pl?

Any log entries?

Hi,

our problem was a corrup ZZZAuto file and apparent fix of restauring old Framework.xml which seemed to fix our isse actually generated this one.

New problem now, how to get ZZZAuto from 2.4 to 3.2.
