Process Ticket Validation

Hi,
I think there is some bug (or my lack of knowledge) in process ticket form. When I try to create new process ticket (with couple of mandatory files) and I chose to add attachment (before I enter all of mandatory files), if fires form validation just after the file is attached (with error message: One or more errors occurred!). I think validation should be fired when I press submit button… This way I have some unnecessary dialogs (error) and clicks…
And when I do exactly the same in customer portal, everything is working fine...
Any ideas?

And please take a look, where is the error message shown when I edit process ticket with agent popup...
