Hi all,
I installed ITSM yesterday but when I went to give myself access to the menus, there were no groups present to add myself to. I'm not sure what version I installed, but it was listed as 3.2.7 in the Package Manager. There were no errors during the install. I noticed there was an updated version of the ITSM bundle so I tried installing that (3.2.9). Again no errors. Still no groups. And the version listed in the package manager is still 3.2.7. I tried creating one of the groups manually thinking maybe if I did that and added myself the menu I was after would show up (after log off/on). OTRS let me create the group, but made no difference.
Ubuntu 12.04
OTRS 3.2.9
Any ideas?
