Hello,
I have a single problem with OTRS for now. How to make OTRS automatically download new mail from my mailbox? Now I need to do it manually.

run the cronjobs as described in the installation guides
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
