Greetings,
I have a question regarding autoresponses in OTRS 3.2.5. I'm trying to set an autoresponse that would be sent after a certain amount of time from the creation of the ticket (e.g. after 6 hours). But so far I only discovered that OTRS supports autoresponses at the same time when the ticket is created.
Does anybody know if it is possible to set custom autoresponse times?

On the other hand, Generic agent can test a condition, set a field to change, and Notification (Event) can send a message based upon that trigger.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
