Hello everybody,
I'm facing a problem I'm not able to solve without your help.
We got multiple companys with many different customers. We got different services for each Company.
Each customer has 1 service and every service has 5 different SLAs.
If a customer opens a new ticket, i'd like to have written down the service and the third SLA he is having automatically.
He can then choose another SLA, but I want him to have selected 1 service with 1 SLA without having to do anything.
Is there any possibility to get that done?

you could define a Postmaster Filter to set the service on basis of email-domain for example ...
