Help Desk 3.3 Install Problem
Hi, I've tried the 3.3 beta, but appear to have a scheduler issue. 'otrs scheduler process is registered but might not be running' force start doen't work. I think there's something deeper than just that as a manual fetchmail does nothing. I've rolled back to 2.10 for now. Anyone any ideas??. Its running on windows 2008 R2 std, mysql, strawberry perl. cheers

teh scheduler is not for fetching mails. It is used for Generic Interface at the moment.
Please also be aware that 3.3. is beta and should not be used in production environment

Hi, I think I've found the issue - well at least for the test machine its running on. The task in Windows task scheduler did not seem to be authorising - so I've changed the 'user' to one of the domain admins & password and it now seems to work fine - The error still shows on the dashboard though. Anyone know if there is any easy way of removing it or making it think all is OK? tahnks
