We are running OTRS 3.1.7 from Debian stable with Nagios integration via OTRS SystemMonitoring module. It worked like a charm until the recent debian upgrade 6->7.
OTRS seems to recognize the Nagios e-mails. It associates them with random existing tickets, though.
I am not aware of any related warnings in the otrs logs. I also have no idea how to find the source of this problem.
Is there some directive to make the logging more verbose? Any idea what could cause this behaviour?
