Public URL for OTRS

Hi Guys,

I am having a hard time setting up the public URL for my OTRS installation.

I have one server with public URL https://server1/. It has my monitoring tool running which I access by using https://server1.mycompany.com/monitoring

Now I run my monitoring tool and OTRS on the same server. I want that:-

1. My customers should be able to browse to customer portal by going to https://servicedesk.mycompany.com
2. My agents should get access to their portal by going to https://servicedesk.mycompany.com/agent
3. The portal of my monitoring tool should open up with URL https://servicedesk.mycompany.com/monitoring

I have Ubuntu 12 installation.

I tried going through the FAQs/Forums/Online help etc to see how it can be done but could not do it.

Please help me out. I need to make OTRS available for internal team and customers this week itself.

you need to configure apache vhosts and rewrite rules. But this is an apache issue, not an OTRS issue.
