Hi Guys,
I Just have configure the mails service, but in open a new Ticket show a page black and don't send mails.
My config in Core::Sendmail
SendmailModule - SMTPTLS
Host - xxxx
Post - 25
AuthUser - xxxx
I use exchange server for send mails.
Configure otrs mail service
