Colleagues,
I am user of OTRS v3.2.9, including the advanced escalations feature .
At the moment I would like to set up a escalation type [/ b] that would allow me that, whenever an agent performs some activity in a ticket, the time scaling time went back to zero, example: whenever a note is inserted, a message is answered, etc., the refresh time was set to zero.
In advanced escalations feature is only possible to set the time:
1. return to the time set in which the ticket was in before the ticket has been suspended (stop counting time )
2. return to the time set that has passed since the creation of the ticket.
