Gateway Time out Error 504

Hi,
I Installed OTRS 3.2.11 on Centos and able to login, upload the packages.I am getting error "Gateway Time out error" while creating "New Agent" or "Customer"

The error is appearing as on Sys Log:

The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

very strange port. Why you are not using the default ports?

Hi,
Here I installed on VM via gateway and I am doing portforword . I mean creating a tunnel with this port. So I am able to access it in my local laptop.

The error on System log on OTRS is :

so you might missing a another port forwarding. Do a correct setup and it will work. There is no need to do port forwarding for VMs

Actually we need in this way to make sure should work via gateway.

This happens while creating Agent ,Cusomer and upadate a user
Others working fine
