Hi,
I have installed OTRS 3.2.9 under Windows 7 32 bit.
I need to add a column in TICKETS Status View Closed tickets that indicates the date when the ticket has been closed.
I need also add a column in TICKETS Status View Open tickets that indicates the date when the ticket has been opened.
Is it possible ?
If yes how can i do ?
