Hi,
How we can close all child tickets after resolved Parent tickets?
Currently, we are doing manually close the ticket. Then only, we can close the Parent ticket.
Please advice me.

Can you guide me how to create new module and configure into the sysconfig? Because, i want create one form in the new module and want create some textfield, dropdown and etc., Normally, we create fields through the dynamic field in the admin panel and configure through sysconfig.
For Example:
If i want create new field in AgentTicketPhone, i can create dynamic field and configure through sysconfig. AgentTicketPhone is existing module and we can create some extra field if we need.
But i want create my own new module and create some fields.
Please advice me.
