Hi,

I want to create tickets in kanban tool whenever we create ticket in OTRS. Please help me asap.

Please pay someone for asap support. Especially, this is an OTRS board. If kanban tool can create tickets via email, have kanbantool be an agent email with the email set My Queues and notifications enabled.
