HI;
i'm new with OTRS, i'm using OTRS 3.2.11 on windows server 2008. i'm trying to customize OTRS to fit my needs so i'v been doing a lot of changes on the config. now i have a problem when i try to view my tickets by queue. when i try this nothig comes out. viewing the tickets by stats works fine but by queue it dors not.
please any suggestions on how to fix this issue.
